I GUARD PEACE
Our Beliefs
- Defense without hatred is possible.
- Anger without mockery is possible.
- Grief without cycles of vengeance is possible.
I. Why Peace Still Matters
In today’s world, many have come to believe that war is inevitable, that death is just collateral, and that peace is a naïve dream. But we do not share that belief. We hold space for a different vision.
At IGP, we believe peace is not just the absence of action—it is the presence of conscience.
When someone we love is harmed, our instinct is to act. But action does not always mean retaliation. Sometimes, the most courageous action is restraint. Sometimes, it is choosing the harder road of dialogue, truth-telling, or repair. Defense with self-control is also a form of peace. True strength is not in overpowering—but in refusing to dehumanize.
Being at war with governments or regimes does not give us permission to mock entire nations, cultures, or peoples. When we allow generalizations to flourish, the history of hate lives on. And when we dismiss grief, rather than account for it, we excuse violence under the illusion of justice.
Peace asks us not to forget history, but to learn from it—not to erase our pain, but to transform it into compassion.
We record these truths through our art, our words, and our community work. And we carry them forward, not only for Human Rights Day—but for the everyday rights of every human.
II. Humanity, Every Day
At IGP, we don’t mark Human Rights Day with banners or posts. Instead, we choose to live it—year-round—through everything we create, uplift, and record.
We believe that the rights of humans—to speak, to heal, to belong, to be safe, to be free—are not a calendar event. They are everyday essentials.
So while the world pauses once a year, we continue the work: quietly, consistently, and with heart.
III. Heart Languages
IGP chooses peace through creative expression—honoring all heart languages beyond borders, labels, or societal divides.
At Ink Gladiators Press (IGP), we believe in the shared story of being human. In a divided world, we choose to stand with what unites us—not by erasing differences, but by recognizing something deeper that connects us all: our heart languages. These heart languages speak not just in words, but in colors, movements, and intentions. They are expressed through:
- Word Forms: Prose, poetry, lyrics, epigrams, scripts, plays, and novels.
- Art Forms: Photography, music, media, art, performance, dance, and digital creativity.
- Creative Forms: Workshops, education, experiments, crafts, businesses, innovations, and movements.
We support humanity because we see it in technicolor—not black and white, not in binaries, not in stereotypes. Our appreciation is not based on labels, backgrounds, credentials, or status—but on expression, courage, and the will to create beauty in the midst of hardship.
IV. Connect, Learn, Contribute
Workshops, Courses & Resources for the Heart-Led
At IGP, we believe peace is a lifelong expression—not a trending moment. We honor creators, educators, and change-makers who use words, art, and creativity to protect what is sacred: truth, tenderness, and joy.
Through CAMP Hatch and its publications series—The Evergreen Vault at The Prism Forum on IGP SHIP, we share:
- Workshops that invite reflection, healing, and collective wisdom.
- Courses that grow new paths in writing, publishing, art, and earth-anchored knowledge.
- Curated Resources that help writers, artists, and creatives find their voice—especially when the world tells them to stay silent, whether it is through self-publishing, posting their work on public platforms, or communities they can follow and participate in to be seen, heard, and felt.
An Invitation to You
- Worlds that help people create.
- Resources that remind us how to speak with integrity.
- Systems that value humanity more than performance.
